夏季又稱為雨季，是鋁板、鋁卷、鋁帶等鋁產品出現進水腐蝕、氧化現象的時節。雖然在鋁板產品中有氧化鋁板這個分類，但氧化鋁板和鋁板氧化可是完全不同的事情。氧化鋁板和鋁板氧化了的區別：

一、氧化鋁板一般指的是：鋁板經過酸堿氧化后，在鋁板表面形成了一層保護膜。一般的氧化膜為銀白色。如客戶有特殊要求，也可以根據客戶要求氧化成不同的顏色。

氧化又分為：普通的氧化、陽極氧化和硬質氧化。

鋁板普通氧化是指：鋁板在經過酸、堿流槽，對鋁板表面進行清洗后，在鋁板表面形成一層保護膜，有被稱為氧化膜。

鋁板陽極氧化是指：鋁板在經過普通氧化后，在氧化過程中通電的一種工藝。

那么鋁板陽極氧化與鋁板硬質氧化的區別是：陽極氧化的氧化膜深度叫淺，硬質氧化的氧化膜深度叫深。

二、鋁板氧化了一般是指鋁板或者鋁卷相連的部分出現同一樣的腐蝕現象，腐蝕面積的大小和圖案相同，

造成這種情況的原因：

1：在鋁板或者鋁卷包裝時，溫度過高。包裝內形成蒸汽，鋁板、鋁卷受潮出現腐蝕現象。
